Manufacturing at our Fuente Álamo facilities

All production happens at our 5,000 m² facilities in Murcia. We don't subcontract: cutting, bending, welding, assembly and finishing all happen here with our own staff.

Production capacity

We work with galvanised and pre-painted steel sheet, with thicknesses and finishes adapted to the final use. We have capacity for both serial standard models and large custom projects.

Own fleet with special equipment

Silos aren't ordinary cargo. They require permits, specific vehicles and experienced drivers. That's why we have our own means to deliver them without complications.

Important design details

  • Integrated skids at the base: the silo unloads directly into place with no additional civil work needed.
  • Modular configuration when size requires: final assembly on site.
  • Management of special transport permits (lengths, widths, weights).
  • Coordination with your schedule: we notify you days in advance.

Transport service coverage

Spain and Portugal: full transport and delivery service with our own fleet.

Other countries: we ship silos disassembled, ready for the customer to arrange transport and installation at destination. This applies to all exports outside the Iberian Peninsula.

On-site assembly and commissioning

We offer the full assembly service at your installation. Our team travels with all necessary equipment and leaves the silo operational, anchored and verified.

Assembly phases

  1. Foundation preparation. We coordinate with you the dimensions and characteristics the concrete base must have. We provide preliminary drawings.
  2. Unloading and positioning. Silo delivery and placement at its final location using crane or our own means.
  3. Anchoring and levelling. Fixing to the foundation and verifying verticality with measuring instruments.
  4. Accessory assembly. Ladder, platform, top and bottom hatches, indicators, hardware.
  5. Testing and handover. Functional check and delivery of documentation: technical sheet, warranty and manual.
